Making an appointment to see one of our highly qualified clinical psychologists is simple.

In addition to our Sydney CBD offices we have rooms in North Ryde, Parramatta, Bondi Junction, Liverpool, and Mona Vale.  Regardless of which of our offices you would like to attend, just call our expert team at our head office on 02 9231 2522. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. They will take all the necessary details and schedule a suitable appointment time. Alternatively, you may wish to make an appointment request online by completing our online appointment form. We have online appointment forms for private clients, insurers, and other health professionals.

The first session (and most subsequent sessions) will usually take approximately 50 - 55 minutes.  This can usually be organised a week from the time that you call.  If you wish, or if it is relevant, your partner or a friend can attend with you.  Appointments are typically booked on the hour, the first being at 9am and the last at 4pm. Treatment sessions can also be negotiated with your treating psychologist.

Session rates vary slightly, depending on who you see, but will be between $192 - $250 per session.  Part of this can be recovered if you have *private health cover although you will need to review your program for specifics (rebates vary between funds), rebates are also available through *Medicare (conditions apply, please visit http://www.psychology.org.au/medicare/fact_sheet/ for further information).  We also offer a discounted rate of $130 per session to full-time students and pensioners. You do not need a referral to make an appointment, although if you do have a regular GP it would be helpful for him/her to write a short letter. 

*To receive a rebate from Medicare, you will need to be referred by your GP under the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS).
