This is a comprehensive, practical report that will provide you with a fuller understanding of the psychological issues relevant to your client's care. All clients are initially assessed and a detailed report provided before the commencement of treatment.
Areas covered in the assessment and report include:
- History
- Presenting problems
- Factors contributing to presenting problems such as:
- coping style
- unhelpful thoughts
- deficits of current treatment(s)
- responses of significant others
- Impression, and
- Recommendations.
Notably, realistic goals are listed and specific steps are suggested for achieving these goals. Important issues such as motivation are candidly addressed.
Costs of Initial assessment and report for treatment purposes -
The initial assessment for psychological treatment reports will be invoiced at $672 (plus GST). This includes a one hour, face-to-face interview; administration, scoring and interpretation of specific psychometric questionnaires; and the comprehensive report.
