How does the making changes chat room work?
The making changes on-line services offers two types of chat room. "Public" and "Private" chats are available - depending on the level of your subscription.
"Public chats" occur several times each week and cover general topics of interest to most making changes' visitors (e.g., "Overcoming Depression", "Feeling Good", "Positive Thinking", "Managing Anxiety", "Goal Setting" etc.). A timetable will be visible once you've registered for either the “Extra” or the “Comprehensive” programs. If you would like to join the chat simply enter the chat-room at the scheduled time and join in as you wish.
The process is similar for “private chats” except these are only available for registrants of the “Comprehensive” program and these need to be scheduled individually with your psychologist. Private Chats are one-one-one, individual meetings on-line, in which you and your psychologist can discuss any relevant issues as needed.
