Thanks to the team at making changes for genuinely helping me turn my life around. I was suffering from chronic depression and had a terrible experience with medication...but since attending 1 on 1 sessions, learning about CBT and other "techniques", my depression has gone and I feel great for the first time in years. Better still, I feel the techniques I've learned have "inoculated" me against future manifestations of depression - something medication alone could never do.  The sleep guide book is excellent. I am doing my 4th IVF cycle and instead of 2-3 hours sleep per night in the "waiting time" I am now on 6-8 hours per night...practising relaxation during the day and positive thoughts if I wake up at night has really helped so much! Thank you! - Felicity
