  1. Free weekly tips: at no cost, you're welcome to sign on to receive our weekly tips which you will receive every monday morning.  These tips cover a range of topics, including goal setting, time management, communication skills etc., and include practical strategies that will help you take control of, and better enjoy your life.  Simply go to the weekly tips' page and fill in the details as requested. 
  2. Free Information and Tools: if you have not already seen them, the making changes' site includes a number of "fact sheets" and "tools" you can download and read or use at your convenience.  These have been designed to help you understand yourself better and start to think about what you can do to help yourself. 
  3. Manuals and books: The making changes' series of self-help manuals and the self-help books we've included in our collection have been designed and chosen to help you help yourself overcome problems such as depression, anxiety, stress, and insomnia.  In addition, our manuals will help you set and achieve your goals, break bad habits, and think more positively.  These can all be purchased through our online store
  4. Psychological Therapy Online: If you'd like more than you can get from our manuals and books, or if you think you need professional, objective help and will not be able to make the changes you need to make on your own, we have a range of online options in which you can interact with our expert team, have your questions answered, and receive assistance to achieve your goals.  We offer a range of online therapy options which variously utilise specifically developed web-based resources (such as our self-help manuals), a confidential chat-room and your own private message-board.
  5. Psychological Therapy Face-to-Face: Dr. Timothy Sharp & Associates also offers traditional, face-to-face psychological therapy.  If you live in Sydney, we have rooms in the CBD, North Ryde, Parramatta, Bondi Junction, Liverpool, and Mona Vale.  Appointments can be made by calling our Head Office in the CBD on (02) 9231 2522. 

If you live outside of Sydney we recommend you consider some of the options described above or alternatively, we can offer sessions over the phone.

To receive a rebate from Medicare, you will need to be referred by your GP under the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS).

A portion of the fee may be covered by your private health fund. Check directly with your health fund about rebates on psychology.
